i love the idea of having a photobooth in a party, especially because of all the fun props that usually come with it. maybe for my next birthday… i’ll be 30, after all, and this is an age that demands some kind of celebration!

Mini chocolate cakes with strawberry jam

Ecco le mie mini cake preparate per un party con amici. Le ho incartate, così chi non si sentiva di mangiare il dolce a fine pasto poteva portarlo a casa per assaporarlo al momento opportuno. Ecco come ho fatto.

Impasto: devo ammetterlo, ho utilizzato un impasto per torta al cioccolato pronto, che pero’ sapevo essere buonissimo, quindi ho solo dovuto versarlo negli stampini e infornare per 30’. 

Farcitura: ho farcito con la confettura di lampone usando una siringa da pasticcere.

Confezione: ho inserito le mini cakes nei pirottini bianchi e impacchettato con carta velina rossa, etichettina per fermare e spago bianco per il fiocchetto.
